The Diamond Dolls are a group of volunteers that help with fundraising, concession, statistics, bookkeeping, and practice organization.  Each year, one of the ladies is chosen to be the Director of Operations and she takes on more extensive duties for the program.  These young ladies are a valuable part of the program and serve a very important role.   They go through an interview process and a baseball test to earn their way into the team.  They must also abide by all of the same rules as the players.
