  • New Student Registration

    Registration is open from 8:00am-12:00pm, and then again from 1:00pm-4:00pm.

    Late evening assistance: July 23rd and July 25th from 8:00am-12:00pm, and then again from 1:00pm-6:00pm.

     

     Enrollment Process:

    1. Complete the Banquete Elementary Enrollment Packet
    2. Submit Enrollment Documents as Follows:
    3. Birth Certificate
    4. Social Security Card
    5. Immunization Records (Must be up-to-date to attend school.)
    6. Proof of Residence (Current parent/legal guardian driver’s license, utility statement, lease agreement, property tax statement.  Phone bills are not accepted)
    7. Complete the following enrollment documents:

    9. Student Information Form
    10. Home Language Survey
    11. Statement of Residence
    12. Race & Ethnicity Questionnaire
    13. Military Survey
    14. Foster Care Survey
    15. Homeless Verification Form
    16. BISD Health History Form
    17. Food Allergy Information Form
